Mindways Meditation

Could anything be more serene than time out in nature? Especially when there are no wild animals to worry about, and you could escape to the woods at any time.

Mindways aims to recreate the feeling of a walk in the woods, helping adults manage their anxiety in a low-pressure, grounded digital environment.

When it comes to mindfulness, simplicity is key. Mindways struck a balance between having all of the features necessary to give people the right insights and encouragement when they needed it most, but ultimately not distracting from the most important thing—taking the right next step.
